Optometrists are your eye doctors. They examine the eyes, its visual function and its overall health. Not only do optometrists prescribe eye glasses or contact lenses, but they are also trained to diagnose, treat, manage and prevent eye diseases or eye problems.
If you don’t want to wear glasses, then OrthoK, laser correction, or contact lenses may be the answer for you. We can determine which type of contact lenses is the best for you or if you are a good candidate for laser corrective surgery.

Children 19 and under are covered by OHIP for their eye exam once every year. Seniors 65 and older are also covered by OHIP for their eye exam once every year.
